Terms of Use
These terms cover the Slipstream app and this website. By using either, you agree to them. We've kept them short.
The app
Slipstream is provided by Singularity and licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and that agreement differ about the app, Apple's agreement applies.
Your files
Your files stay yours. They travel directly between your own devices, and we never receive, see or store them. You're responsible for the files you send and for having the right to send them.
Using Slipstream fairly
Don't use Slipstream to break the law, to infringe anyone else's rights, or to try to disrupt or reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows.
Speeds and results
Speeds and times shown on this website come from our own tests. Your results will vary with your devices, cables, files and surroundings.
No warranty
Slipstream is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work hard to make transfers reliable, but please keep a copy of anything important until you've checked it arrived.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Singularity isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost or damaged data, arising from your use of the app or this website.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
